How long does delivery take?
Cairo and Giza orders arrive in 1–2 working days, the rest of Egypt in 2–4 working days. Shipping is free on orders over 1,500 EGP.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. We accept cash on delivery everywhere in Egypt, as well as Visa, Mastercard, Meeza and Vodafone Cash.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. If a product doesn't suit your skin, write to us — we'll always find a solution.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas contain no synthetic fragrance or harsh preservatives. Still, we recommend a patch test on the inner arm 24 hours before first use.
How long do the products last once opened?
Because we use few preservatives, we recommend using oils and serums within 6 months of opening and creams within 4 months.
